Shipping Time: 

• STANDARD SHIPPING  1-2 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification email along with your tracking number. We ask that you please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated with USPS or UPS.

• PLEASE note Visionary Club Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mis delivered packages. Once your package has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you must reach out to USPS or UPS directly to have the issue rectified.

DUTIES & TAXES:

International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes or customs fees depending on your country or region. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges are separate from your order total and shipping fee and may be collected by the carrier before or upon delivery.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays), or sooner depending on order volume. You will receive an order confirmation email with your initial order. For orders received after 5pm EST these will be processed the following business day. 

• Holiday (BF, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt (excluding weekends), or sooner depending on order volume.
