PRE-PRODUCTION POLICY

What is Pre-Production :

  • A Pre-Production product is actually offering an item for sale that is not ON HAND  at the moment, but that will be in stock at a specified date. Customers get the items they want by reserving them without having to worry about these products selling out. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre-Production.

 

  • PLEASE trust and respect the process. Also, note that your method of payment will be charged in full at time of checkout for all Pre-Production. We ask that you DO NOT place an order for an item on Pre-Production if you cannot trust and respect the process.

 

Pre-Production Policy: 

  • Pre-Production items can take between 2-6 weeks to arrive at our business headquarters. Shipping dates are subject to change by our manufacturer. Once we have received your Pre-Production item from our manufactures, we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. (business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and/or holidays). 
  • PLEASE note that we have no control over when a Pre-Production item arrives, but instead offer estimates. This is due to the manufactures production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several weeks before or after. 

  

Important:

  • There are no REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES on any Pre-Production. So please be sure that you are ordering the correct product variant i.e., size, color, etc. In the event that you have any questions or concerns please reach out to our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you.
